Artificial intelligence is taking up so much of what we see and hear today. 

Look, I know it's going to change how we live and work. It already is. 

But let's find balance. We need to focus on another AI acronym too. 

Authentic interactions. 

An authentic interaction is a human-first experience. A human to human experience that could be one-on-one or one-to-many. 

Could they be aided by AI. Yes. But they are innately human. 

The tip today is to consider how many authentic interactions your business is creating each day. And how much are you investing to create more.

Authentic interactions could be anything from sales calls, to event experiences, to live webinars, to in-person meetings, to social media engagement. 

To make your company's authentic interactions better, you need to invest in your company's culture, invest in enabling and training your employees, and leading by example.

If you're not cultivating authentic interactions internally, how could you expect to them externally?
