Too many, especially in B2B SaaS think of partnerships as a channel. 

That's not right. 

Partnerships are all the ways you can parter to enhance how you market, sell, service and build. 

It's about finding the right people, places, and brands to partner with to grow smarter and more efficiently. 

Creating a joint vision statement and a joint value proposition are core to a successful partnership.
