It's one of the most important things your content and community team can focus on today. 

How can you get someone to stop scrolling through their LinkedIn feed, YouTube, or any other social network?

My recommendations are be BOLD, be different, and don't be stupid.

Give your team the creative freedom and direction to try things, partner with people, and do things that are uniquely different. 

Use GIFs, videos, and images the POP and teach to get people to stop, like, and share.
