Don't be an influencer.

Be a value creator.

There are three types of value you can help create.

Enterprise value – creating value for a business

Professional value – creating value for a career

Personal value – creating value for a person

The best impact all three.

How?

By first deeply understanding their one or two superpowers. And using them to their fullest capabilities.

Followed by studying and understanding WHO they are creating value for and HOW they're going to do it.

And lastly, by partnering with people to accelerate the value delivery process. Said another way, getting the attention and delivering value through collaboration and co-creation.

Value creators play a long-game that's about creating long-tail value.

Influencers play a short-game that's about creating dopamine hits.

Caveat emptor.
