The idea of creating a strategy for a singular account.
Of course the term account plan has existed for quite some time. But the idea of a go-to-account plan that is part sales, part marketing, part maybe even CS was a fascinating idea.
I haven't given it much thought outside of how this seems like a no brainer for people selling $100k+ deals and for sales cycles of 6-12+ months.
