Messenger Not the Message

Today's idea is straightforward but takes some practice to do well. 

Think about when you get a message from someone. The better you know the person the more likely you are to respond. Right?

Even if the message is filled with spelling errors and includes lots of emojis. 🙂

Focus more on WHO is sending the message and not as much as WHAT is the message. I bet your repsonse rates will go up. 

Another way to think about this is the new idea of go-to-network.
