A SPIFF is an immediate bonus for a sale or to reward an important accomplishment.

What makes a great SPIFF?

Anything that's memorable. 

So not an $500 Amazon gift card. 

Instead things like a 5 star vacation for two. Or VIP tickets to their favorite artist.

Why? Because a goof SPIFF is personal and shows that you truly value that person's contributions and impact.
