Here's a real simple thing we should all be doing more. Using real customers in the ads we create and on landing pages that are the destination that ads send people to. 

Nothing sells better than a genuine, happy customer.

Best format? Video.

Why? Because it's really hard to fake a passionate customer who's sharing why they love something using video as the medium.  

Do a quick audit and see how many ads and landing pages are featuring customers. 

I recently did and the results were not very good. 

Things are changing now though.
