# Stop Focusing on Tactics

Focus on these three things instead.

Focus on these three things instead.

1) Fundamentals.

Simplify the buying experience as much as you can.

Make your copy clear and specific.

Craft your GTM so everyone can understand how it works.

2) Speed.

Ship something everyday.

Learn something new everyday.

Test something every week.

3) Storytelling.

Tell a story in every channel and offer.

Use emotion in your writing.

Teach every go-to-market team member how to tell stories.

What would you add?
