I just recently did a post on on LinkedIn with the plan to repurpose the comments. Example

Here are some tips to do it well.

First, craft a post that's accessible so people feel open to leaving their thoughts.

You could make it come from a very strong opinion or be a bit more gentle about it and talk about how something has or is evolving.

Make the post concrete and specific. So the comments can be used as part of a blog article or in a longer format piece.

Reply to each comment to get further reach for the post.

More engagement means more eyeballs.

One thing I think more people should do, including me, is create a carousel or visual style posts from people's comments.

A comment collage if you will.

I also love using content from the comments as ideas for upcoming webinar topics and I have even found guests for webinars from people who are leaving comments.

And don't forget to follow or connect with people who leave comments as well. All about growing that network!
