Here are seven of my favorite ways to create more customer delight while creating new revenue at the same time.

1) Customer Reference Program: Partner with customers to help you turn potential buyers into delighted customers.

2) Training and Enablement: Improve retention and increase upgrades through teaching customers how to get more value with your product.

3) Customer Examples: Take what your customers are doing with your product and use it to teach customers and buyers.

4) Customer Awards: Proof, FOMO and recognition for customers doing amazing things.

5) Customer Only Events: Show how much you love your customers with small events made just for them. And from time-to-time, invite 5-10 buyers so they can see what they’re missing.

6) Maturity Model: Build a framework to help customers understand where they are in the journey of mastering your solution and all the possible product features.

7) Podcast: A video podcast that tells the story of your customers. Why they bought, how they changed and the IMPACT it's having on them and the business.
